I now can’t get this image out of my mind…

I am a hardcore Obama man, and I hope that the latest results put the Democratic primary to bed.  My other hope is that Mrs. Clinton does not go out with a scorched earth bang.  My folks, who live in NY, attest to her ability as a fine Senator.  I’m not one to disagree.  I respect her accomplishments.  I only wish I could respect the way she’s campaigned to the same degree I respect Obama’s approach. The whole gas-tax issue is a perfect microcosm of the two candidates’ different approaches.

I hope she bows out with grace and support for the party so we can move on to tackling McCain… 

While on vacation on Kiawah Island, I got the chance to play this great course.

Yes, it nearly broke my wallet, but luckily, I played well enough for me to feel like it was worth the expense.

Like the article says, the first hole has been redesigned—redesigned to make you cry and lose several golf balls.

I shot a 9 on #1.

BUT—I rallied for a birdie on the par 3 #2. I may have done a little fist pump even.

All in all, it was perfect weather and a perfect day of golf. I only wish I could afford to play there more often.

Perhaps Krista will let me tomorrow? Send cash? 

If even a part of this is true, it makes you wonder—why are we paying so much at the pump if demand is DOWN and production is UP?

Seems a violation of basic supply vs. demand.
